மனிதநேயம், சமாதானம், நீதி, சமத்துவம் மற்றும் உலக நல்லிணக்கத்தை வலுப்படுத்தும் உயரிய நோக்கில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட “Voice of Humanity - International Human Rights & Peace Summit 2026” எனும் சர்வதேச மனித உரிமை மற்றும் சமாதான மாநாடு இன்று கொழும்பு BMICH இல் அமைந்துள்ள தாமரைத் தடாக (Lotus Hall) மண்டபத்தில் மிக விமரிசையாக நடைபெற்றுள்ளது.

இந்நிகழ்வில், ஸ்ரீலங்கா முஸ்லிம் காங்கிரஸின் பிரதித் தலைவரும் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினருமான கலாநிதி எம்.எல்.ஏ.எம். ஹிஸ்புல்லாஹ் அவர்கள் பிரதம அதிதியாகக் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்புரையாற்றினார். உலகளாவிய ரீதியில் அமைதி, மனிதநேயம், மனித உரிமைகள் மற்றும் உலக நாடுகளுக்கிடையிலான ஒத்துழைப்பை மேம்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் சர்வதேச மட்டத்தில் செயல்படும் International Human Rights Peace Organization (IHR-PO) மற்றும் மகா லங்கேஷ்வரா அறக்கட்டளை (Maha Lankeshwara Foundation) ஆகிய அமைப்புகள் இணைந்து இந்த மாநாட்டை மிகவும் பிரம்மாண்டமான முறையில் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தன.

இந்த மாநாட்டில் களனி பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் சிரேஷ்ட பேராசிரியரும் மதிப்பிற்குரிய தேரருமான இந்திரகாரய தர்மரத்ன தேரர், கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் சிரேஷ்ட பேராசிரியர் திலானி களபதிகே, பல்வேறு சர்வதேச மனித உரிமை அமைப்புகளின் பிராந்தியப் பிரதிநிதிகள், பேராசிரியர்கள், உலக நாடுகள் பலவற்றைப் பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் முக்கிய இராஜதந்திரிகள், மனித உரிமை செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் மற்றும் சர்வதேச சிவில் அமைப்புகளின் பிரதிநிதிகள் உள்ளிட்ட பெரும் திரளான முக்கியஸ்தர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

இதன்போது, நீண்டகாலமாக முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டு வரும் சமூக சேவை, மனிதநேயப் பணிகள், சிறந்த தலைமைத்துவம் மற்றும் தேசிய சமாதான முன்னேற்றத்திற்கான உன்னத பங்களிப்புகளைப் பாராட்டி, பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் கலாநிதி எம்.எல்.ஏ.எம். ஹிஸ்புல்லாஹ் அவர்களுக்கு “ஸ்ரீலங்கா அபிமானி கீர்த்தி ஸ்ரீ விஸ்வ பாணி” எனும் மிக உயரிய கௌரவ பட்டம் மற்றும் விசேட சர்வதேச விருது வழங்கி உத்தியோகபூர்வமாகக் கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

International Human Rights and Peace Summit Convened at Colombo BMICH; Dr. M.L.A.M. Hizbullah Participates as Chief Guest and Conferred With Prestigious National Title

To structurally reinforce humanism, global peace, justice, equality, and international harmony, the highly anticipated “Voice of Humanity - International Human Rights & Peace Summit 2026” was successfully convened today at the Lotus Hall within the BMICH complex in Colombo.

Dr. M.L.A.M. Hizbullah, Member of Parliament and Deputy Leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress, graced the high-level international assembly as the Chief Guest and delivered the keynote address. The convention was jointly operationalized and managed by the International Human Rights Peace Organization (IHR-PO) and the Maha Lankeshwara Foundation—two prominent sovereign entities working collaboratively to optimize humanitarian baseline rights, conflict resolution frameworks, and cross-border synchronization between global nations.

The apex summit gathered prominent academic and civil dignitaries, including Venerable Indragaraya Dharmaratne Thero, Senior Professor at the University of Kelaniya; Professor Tilani Kalapathige, Senior Professor at the University of Colombo; regional directors of international human rights organizations; globally tracked professors; foreign diplomats representing multiple sovereign states; and structural peace activists. Consequent to his sustained interventions in civil welfare, grassroots humanitarian deployments, institutional leadership, and national peace reconciliation models, Member of Parliament Dr. M.L.A.M. Hizbullah was officially decorated and honored with the prestigious national title “Sri Lanka Abhimani Keerthi Sri Viswa Paani.”
